From August 29th, 2025, the U.S. is changing its import rules. This means that all parcels arriving from the UK, no matter their value, will now go through customs and may have duty/tax added when they arrive.
All international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are set by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
To help make things fair, we’ve reduced our international postage rates — so while you may have to pay a small customs fee, your shipping costs are lower than before.
